I'm down with SNP, yeah, you know me.
Last week, I promised to take Joel Barker's special survey (HERE) and give you the results. And the result is ... I am predominantly in favor of "human tech", by a whopping 83% Refer to last week's Barker pop-in on SNP to figure out what that means. I'll be doing so later as well.
This week, Punnett can't get enough Katherine Albrecht, as she'll be popping in to give an update since last week's appearance regarding RFID. Yeah (sadly). While I'm not all about another Albrecht appearance, I am in favor of this growing trend of follow-up appearances by Punnett guests. Big kudos to this new concept.
And, while we're at it, we may as well unveil this week's "Faces of Punnett". A take off of last week's "FoP", Ian drops the 'stache and keeps the 'burns. Looking temptingly like the King of Rock 'n' Roll, it's the King of Dinner Rolls, Ian Punnett
Jesus ! I've been listening for like 4 minutes and I've already heard two canned Noory schills for the Art Bell CD. Give it a rest. When's the Best of Hoagland Boxed Set coming out ? I'll bite then.
Intro music. We are all the way live.
Craptacular opening from Ian continues, with that lame "odor to the odorless" line. Ugh.
Ian pushes Mary Roach as tonight's big guest. Cadavers. Yes ! Hope Ian brought his barf bag. Mary Roach wants to fight Dr.Crick. I'll throw in to see that.
Feared Subway Attack for tomorrow in NYC. They're really building this up. Briefcases and baby carriages. Wasn't that a Backstreet Boys song ?
Ian craps on folks who made bad predictions, including the one about the nuke at the Notre Dame game. Note that it is somewhat similar to the OU bomb that did go off last weekend, Ian, you dolt.
Joel Barker wrote in an update. Yes ! He said 1000 more people responded. Scores are in. Yes ! Human tech wins ! binnall is human tech ! binnall wins ! Yes ! The average was 70 points. I beat the average by 13 points. My ego has swelled to mammoth proportions.
News :
#1 selling car in Brazil are flex cars. Alcohol run cars in Brazil. Hey, if it works. Ouch, sugar prices hit an all time high due to this. This sounds like it might be the big new alt. energy.
Feds bust teenager and his moonshine still. Big brother ruins another good time.
Ian's smelled moonshine. I once drank some German moonshine and nearly died. True story.
Homemade diamonds ? "Back room diamonds" Wow. Ian's changing the world tonight.
Bush isn't ready for the "deadly flu". That's no surprise. This sounds ugly.
Ian pats C2C for being ahead of the avian flu story. As do I. Lot of good it will do when I am shivering, naked and near death, beneath a woolen blanket, but I'll try and keep it in mind.
Ian has a photograph from "Mr. Bill" on the C2C website. A kid got a bloody tongue from putting holes in a giant jawbreaker. Amazing. You must see this. Actually it looks kinda fake.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Lesley gets personal with us this week. Personal Disclosures. She'll dig deep into her past to bring you her sometimes chilling encounters with UFOs. It's a very special "Grey Matters" and it will be @ BoA on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lesley continues to produce a wealth of news and information at her critically acclaimed blog The Debris Field. If you haven't seen it yet, you ain't living : http://thedebrisfield.blogspot.com/.
END OF BREAK
Ian will discuss his ferret connection. The dead horse has been almost beaten to death again, kids.
Katherine is back from last week. Her book is "flying off the shelves". That's what a Coast appearance will do for you. Apparently, Katherine is protesting something next weekend at Walmart. I'll donate $100 dollars to her cause if she burns her bra. I'll need pictures, clean ones, as proof, of course.
Ian is asking about the tiny UPC symbol related to RFID tags.
Katherine is confusing me with coded symbols on boxes. Christ, it sounds like there are chips everywhere already. A nation of shoplifters mourns.
Ian is happy people are getting educated to this. He wants to read an e-mail to Katherine from a listener. This listener is educating the folks in classes with him and freaking them out. Coast to Coast ... freaking out a nation.
Ian wants to know about the NRA and if Katherine has any allies.
Katherine got a "scathing e-mail" from an NRA official. Wow, she says she's a lifetime NRA member. Katherine, you sexy beast.
She's citing some section in the book dealing with RFID and guns. Sounds like scary stuff that would make Alex Jones pace with rage.
Ian plugs the book and protest. And goes to break with my favorite C2C bumper music song, although he drabbled all over the beginning of it.
COMMERCIAL BREAK

Ian agrees. Great hate mail.

Open Lines
Frank : He wants to talk about RFID tags. He wants to flush them down the toilet. Good luck with not clogging it, Frank.
Ian says the research shows that the tags will be hidden.
Frank has no hope then. He's a veteran. He got medicine with 666 on them. He flaked.
Ian plugs a guest in a couple of weeks with a guest who worked at a VA hospital.
Michael from Norfolk, VA : He has a suggestion for Ian. He wants Ian to be a "leader in talk radio". No thanks, Michael. He wants to stop the War on Terror. Going off on a rant here.
Michael wants to grant asylum to Osama bin Laden or something. Ian kinda blows him off.
Ian wants a mass consciousness experiment for Jared. He's doing an almost hypnosis thing here. Good stuff. I'm putting my mind to work on this.
He ends it right on that, with some smooth, almost gospel music. Nice touch.
SNP is done for another week. Mary Roach will be on with IP next. I'm outta here, kids.
