Ah the stresses of being binnall. We return this week for more hijinks we've come to expect from the man they call Ian Punnett. This week, IP has Dr. Ronnie Milione on to talk about The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS). Could be interesting.

And, in keeping with "that time of year", we turn to this week's "Faces of Punnett". Yes, we present Halloween Punnett as only we can, simple and hilarious. The true art of it is, we can't quite decide if Ian is going as a pirate or a Bond super villain. You decide ...

And here we go with the theme music ... Ian goes right into plugging Judith Orloff for later on in the night. Much like ripping off a band aid, thankfully he's going for it now. Ugh, this is crap. I wonder if someone writes this for him, if the guest writes it, or if he makes it up himself. Like a 8th grader's bad book report.

Ian calls her the "Van Helsing of Psychic Vampires". Ugh.

No word yet on what this week's Grey Matters will be, but I'm sure it will be the usual top notch stuff from Lesley. Last week, she took a serious look at ghosts and presenting her unique theories on spirits and hauntings. Meanwhile, Lesley continues some awesome stuff with "C2C Rewind" and "Exploring Dreamland", two fantastic columns found exclusively @ The Debris Field. Check em out.

Bonus hour tonight, says Ian. This must be because of the Daylight Savings Time. Yes, it is. Ian goes 5 hours. I wonder if he will get OT for that. He says it will be entirely Open Lines. He claims the hour will disappear from the archives. He hypes it as a hidden hour. I doubt it.

Ian mocks those who are listening on "repeat", as do I.

Hurricane Beta is growing in strength. Ian frets over the Hurricane Season.

A Supernova may have affected early human culture.

Iran has no intention of attacking Israel.

Al Jazeera now calls "suicide bombings" as "paradise operations". Wow. That's awful.

News Max said "Scooter" Libby would avoid charges, 5 minutes before he was charged. Ha ha.

Ian mocks the name "Scooter", like everyone else in the world.

South Korea police battle invasion of wild boars. Good for them. Apparently a boar broke into a beer shop.

E-mail : Ian plugs some dude's website. zurf.net. I won't go there, could be porn.

Ian plugs the C2C knock-off of "Faces of Punnett". He says it is the final gallery.

E-mail : Glen says Punnett is beardless due to RFID. Another ferret joke. Rambling stoner letter here, sounds like one of Ian's poems. "I am the original otter daddy" Wow, this is actually better than Ian's poems.

E-mail : Tabitha has some bad joke.

E-mail : An actually good joke.

E-mail : Re: Serial killers souls. Author says they do. Ian pontificates on this some.

E-mail : Rose saw those same lights from Ian's odd UFO story last week. She sees lots of odd lights.

E-mail : Bud went to Canada and met a soldier who served in the Mid East. Creepy conspiracy theory.

E-mail : re : haunted crack house in Albany. Ian mocks the idea of the ghost of the maintenance man, since he never sees any living maintenance man. Hey, Ian, they're resting their eyes.

Hype for the 1st hour pop-in as we head to ...

Massive BoA : Audio stuffs going out. This week, we rolled out Peter Robbins, Part 1 of 2. Over an hour and 25 minutes on the infamous Bentwaters/Rendelsham Forest case. A literal clinic on the events of that mysterious December and the subsequent journey of Larry Warren, primary witness at the event. A must hear for any Ufology researcher.

Ian intros Dr. Milione.

He asks how his colleagues at his mainstream college react to his paranormal stuff. Milione says they avoid him. Ian laughs.

Ian wants to know about "the latest". He wants proof.

Milione is working on a EMF detector of some kind. Sounds like a sort of EMF motion recorder.

Ian wants a more generalized example of this thing at work.

Milione explains basic ghost hunting type stuffs. He points out the problems with ghost hunting. He wants more coverage, instead of hand held instruments. That's essentially his goal with the equipment.

Ian tries to horn in, but Milione kind of blows him off and continues his explanation. Good move.

Ian wants his best evidence. Geez, he sounds like Shostak.

Milione talks about some place he's working at now.

Ian doesn't sound impressed and wants to know what Milione has seen.

Milione has not seen anything with his "organic senses". He thinks ghosts want to avoid him because he is working on finding them.

Ian asks why.

Milione has no real idea why. He speculates that the ghost wouldn't want attention or interference from humans.

Ian mocks the idea that ghosts are scared of people. He tries to say it isn't a slight against Milione, but that's a tough sell.

Milione says that entities sense energy output from humans. He says depending on its focus, it may repel ghosts.

Milione tries to explain the actual physical location of ghosts, but Ian is confused.

Ian asks about TAPS and wants to know why we don't have more videos of ghosts.

Milione says maybe they need to video in different spectrums.

Ian is confused by folks seeing ghosts but not being able to videotape them.

He's got Milione practically speechless. He's struggling to come up with an explanation. This is getting kind of bizarre. Sounds like a brainstorming session.

Milione says maybe the ghost erases the video, seriously. Sounds awful. Ian sounds doubtful.

Ian wants to know about Milione's work with the DoD. Could the DoD use the instruments he develops ?

Milione says absolutely.

Ian asks if "in my lifetime" someone will be able to develop some way of "capturing" a ghost.

Milione says the technology is out there, but it's about how you "pull it all together". Hmm. Interesting. He puts the badmouth on amateur "ghosthunters".

Ian wraps it up with Milione.

Rather blah SNP that went up in quality towards the end.
