My same spies called me this week to alert me that C2C had exercised another obscure clause in its contract with Hoagland that required him to serve as "second to George Noory" at "any annual public gathering in the form of a parade". C2C insiders claim this clause was put into the contract at the behest of one George Noory, himself, who insisted on "having backup" in the event of an outbreak of clowns.

In any event, C2C held RCH up to his contractual obligations this past week when it forced him to fly out to Topeka, Kansas, where George Noory served as the grand marshall of the annual Topeka St. Patrick's Day Parade. The only thing worse that being taken away from his research on "red rain" to take part in an ego stroke for The Noor was finding that he received a small size billing on the placard and the locals even spelled his name wrong.
