When I'd heard the news that our beloved C2C host George Noory would be making the leap to Pay-Per-View for his "Predictions Special", I knew there had to be a "story behind the story." And, once again, my instincts proved correct.

You see, a "Predictions Special" wasn't The Noor's original concept. Noory had plans to take his unique brand of folksy esoterica to the six-sided ring of pro. rasslin's underdog group, TNA. In fact, Noory planned to bring his trusty sidekick Richard C. Hoagland with him and engage in battle on TNA's January PPV spectacular, Final Resolution. Unfortunately for everyone involved, their "tryout" match didn't exactly thrill TNA executives, as Noory and Hoagland had close to zero percent athletic ability. (With the exception of bleeding profusely on cue)
