Despite his folksy nature, there is one thing that gets George Noory fired up: cooking. In fact, he recently cut a deal with the Food Network to host his own competitive cooking show.

Patterned after the ultra-popular Gordon Ramsay vehicle, "Noor's Kitchen" sees the C2C host welcome a group of aspiring cooks to compete for the ultimate prize: head chef at the Nooryland Ranch.

Rumour has it that despite The Noor's penchant for reducing the chefs to tears with his tirades, when it came time to eliminate them, he just couldn't do it.

Each of the reality show stereotypes had won a place in Noory's heart, rendering him unable to utter his signature catchphrase, "You can't stand the heat, so get out of Noor's Kitchen."

As a result, he hired them all to work at his new restaurant: Uncle George's Family Feedbag. And, the head chef position at Nooryland Ranch stayed with the contractually-obligated Richard C. Hoagland.
