A lot of folks in esoterica were a little put off this past Friday, when Richard "I Don't Do UFOs" Hoagland was the special guest host on C2C's Roswell festivus episode. Making things even weirder was the fact that he and Noory spent most of the special episode goofing around.

As usual, there was more to the story than we were led to believe by the live remote edition of C2C. It turns out that this past April, right around tax season, Richard C. Hoagland found an obscure loophole in New Mexico tax laws that allowed him to save a large chunk of the money he received by selling those "God, Man, and ET" box sets all year.

The only problem was the loophole required him to be a part of a "domestic partnership". Enter his good buddy : George Noory.

Hilarity ensued this past Friday, when New Mexico tax officials insisted on meeting the happy couple in Roswell, NM, hence their jovial (dare I say "gay") interraction this past Friday night on the show. Of course, Hoags was sure to bring along his extensive crew of roadies, flunkies, and cameramen to, for some reason, document his devious plan. Coming soon from Enterprise Mission films ... "I Now Pronounce You George and Hoagie".
