10.1.6 -- Host : Art Bell, Guest : Roger Tolces, Topic : Data Mining

A bizarre episode, as Tolces was on to talk about the growing "Big Brother" mentality in America (and the world) today, but Art was having none of it. Insisting he was playing "Devil's Advocate", Bell found more and more ways of justifying spying in the name of the "War on Terror". Tolces, himself, seemed more than a bit put off by the entire thing and the episode was one of the most heated editions of C2C all year.

Bonus Points :For Tolces finally snapping towards the end of the 1st hour of the interview, after Art had, yet again, played "Devil's Advocate".

10.5.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Ron Quinn, Topic : Little People

Fun episode that dealt with tons of great anecdotes about real sightings of elves and various other anomalous creatures. Noory had some great questions and Quinn was grounded enough to know that nothing's for sure and that all we have are these great stories. Nonetheless, the stories were awesome and the bits of info contained in each one were fascinating.

Bonus Points : For this gem : Noory asked those silly, but meant to sound important questions like "what do the little people wear and what is it made from?" (Courtesy of Lesley's C2C Rewind)

10.9.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Doug Elwell, Topic : Anomalous Beings

The buzz on this one was tremendous. Elwell spent a lot of time talking about Celtic folklore and various types of mythical (?) creatures in that area. He seemed to weave this into some kind of End Times discussion as well. Elwell brought a lot to the table as far as fresh, interesting information.

Bonus Points :For Noory and Elwell's attempts to compare, contrast and classify various types of beings like elves and faeries. Fascinating as hell, but also somewhat hilarious.

10.11.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Vernon Neppe, Topic : Deja Vu

Neppe had charisma in buckets and his voice had a cadence to it that could only be described as that rare mix of hilarious and hypnotic. He busted out some good stories about deja vu and had some great insight into the science behind trying to study it. He was also a pretty funny guy, too, which was surprising, given the subject matter.

Bonus Points :For Neppe's voice, which kept me glued to the set for most of the show.

10.16.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : RCH (1st Hour) / Pete Siegel, Topic : Moon Robot Head / Peak Performance

For starters, the return of a Hoagland of old. Somehow, RCH seemed to have discovered a "robot head on the moon" and he took to the airwaves to share the breathless news with the C2C audience. It was like a throwback to classic Hoagland. Following Hoagland was self help guru Pete Siegel, who mostly talked about negativity and trying to bring a better outlook to life. It was ephemeral at times, but also pretty understandable, which helped a lot. Siegel also had charisma in buckets and Noory seemed to have a strong repoire with him, which brought the episode up another level. Much better than expected and a nice change of pace from the usual Coast offerings.

Bonus Points :For the debut of the "Robot Moon Head", an instant esoteric landmark, if ever there was one.

10.17.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Dennis Swift, Topic : Dinosaurs

long time dinosaur fan George Noory finally found a guest who could speak his language : Dennis Swift, archaeologist / esoteric researcher. Good to great stuff here, as Swift detailed lots of interesting information about potential evidence for humans and dinosaurs living together. Also, there was some nice side discussion on the impact on traditional science if any of this is proven.

Bonus Points :For Noory taking 19 minutes to ask the classic Noory question ... "is it possible that dinosaurs are still alive somewhere today". For those keeping score at home, Swift gave this idea a tacit endorsement.

10.24.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Kevin Todeschi, Topic : Edgar Cayce

Todeschi, despite being part of the Cayce machine nowadays, offered some great insight. I liked how he pointed out that Cayce was, much like modern psychics, often consulted for relationship advice, which runs counter to the romanticized version of Cayce we hear about today. Noory was spot on throughout the episode as well, busting out some fanboy gems about Cayce's odd diet of walnuts.

Bonus Points :For Noory bringing up the David Wilcock / Cayce reincarnated story from a couple of years ago, which Todeschi poo pooed as one of many re-incarnation claims.

10.26.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Brad Steiger, Topic : Poltergeists

Top notch episode and it stuns me that Steiger is 70 as he sounded quite youthful on the show. During the first hour, there was an interesting "behind the curtain" discussion on Steiger's beginnings in esoterica, the mistakes of his youthfulness in the field, and how he and his wife are "typecast" despite covering a plethora of esoteric topics. The poltergeist discussion was awesome, as expected, including some great stuff on the "evolution of a poltergeist" and fascinating material on the Bell Witch.

Bonus Points :For the "behind the curtain" look at Steiger's early career. Fascinating stuff and a style of discussion I'd like to hear more of in the future.

10.29.6 -- Host : Art Bell, Guest : Derrel Sims, Topic : ET Abductions

Sims was really fantastic and he brought his unique charisma to the interview that often left you agog. He'd make bold assertions left and right and tease information like it was going out of style. It actually got to the point that Art seemed to get kind of annoyed over Sims teasing stuff, but not following through on the tease. Art seemed to sense what a lot of us did about this interview, that it seemed like a lot of smoke and not much fire. Interesting, entertaining episode, for the wild wild west feel to it.

Bonus Points :For Art's perceived disgust at one point with getting teased about revelations from Sims.

10.17.6 -- Host : Art Bell, Guest : None, Topic : Ghost to Ghost 2006

A C2C standard. Not much to say about this one, four hours of pure ghost stories from C2C listeners. C2C stepped it up a notch, once again, for this one.

Bonus Points :For Art's convoluted "fast blast your story and phone number and we may call you" gimmick, which was just odd.

11.4.6 -- Host : Art Bell, Guest : Dr.Roger Leir, Topic : Alien Implants

This was an excellent episode. My memory is fading as I write this, but I do recall Leir talking about various aspects of the alien implant, including that it gave off a specific radio frequency (which excited Art Bell), and talking about how various folks contact him to look at their implants. There also seemed to be a lot of discussion on the good v. evil debate with regards to aliens, which is always a fascinating discussion.

Bonus Points :For Art's obsession with the radio signal given off by the ET implant.

11.9.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Steve Quayle, Topic : Aliens & Giants

SQ was all about giants and aliens, including some kind of little alien picture he had posted to the C2C website. I'm not sure what to make of it other than it looked pretty freaky. Quayle was really fired up during this episode, including lashing out at his critics and just ranting left and right, which made for an entertaining evening.

Bonus Points :For Quayle reading e-mails sent to him during the commercial and then angrily responding to them after the break.

11.15.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Timothy Good, Topic : Ufology

Good talked about the 1950's UFO wave, his thoughts on disclosure, and tons and tons more. From Lesley's C2C Rewind : "He had great stories, with an eye to the modern history of ufos, including a ufo crash that happened two years prior to Roswell."

Bonus Points :For this gem : "Noory asked some of his funny Noory questions like if Marilyn Monroe had accompanied JFK to see the alien bodies." (Lesley's C2C Rewind)

11.17.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : , Topic : Ghost Fest 2006

For starters, you had Noory with a live studio audience, which was kind of funny in and of itself. Since it was Friday, it was Open Lines, but sometimes we'd get "Open Mic" and some dude in the audience would share his story. Even better was the revolving door atmosphere of the episode, which saw appearances by Erica Frost, Jack Rourke, Dr. Edith Flore, Joshua Warren, Barry Taff, Eddie Conner, Jeff Belanger, and Mary Ann the Ghostbuster.

Bonus Points :For the live audience, which provided some funny moments when the crowd didn't seem to be in sync with the show, like when they'd go to a break or Noory would tell an awful joke and you'd hear silence. (Though that may have been because of bad acoustics more than a nonplussed audience.)

11.21.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guest : Chuck Missler, Topic : Bible Code

Missler was spot on and really brought a ton of good material to the table. His lone prediction of the re-emergence of Babylon was fascinating, as was his discussion on the hidden mathematical elements within the Bible. His stuff on aliens and interdimensional beings and how that may relate to genetic engineering was riveting.

Bonus Points :For Missler's detailed explanation as to why the Bible Code isn't to be used for predictions, followed by Noory asking something along the lines of, ""So what do you see the Bible Code predicting for the future ?" That followed by Missler (and me) cracking up.

11.22.6 -- Host : George Noory, Guests : Jim Marrs, Lamar Waldron, Brad Steiger, Paul Groody, and Alex Jones, Topic : JFK Assassination Special IV

This episode featured revolving door of guests, each of whom brought a unique perspective that wasn't too over-the-top or retarded. The addition of big names like Marrs, Jones, and Streiber made this a great mix of esteemed opinions on both little details and big picture analysis.

Bonus Points :For C2C carrying on the tradition 4 years in a row. Kudos !
