BoA:Audio deconstructs the world of UFO research with Jack Brewer, author of the outstanding book The Greys Were Framed.

Over the course of this marathon conversation, we cover an astounding array of issues facing ufology that go beyond simply whether or not the ETH holds water.

Among the topics discussed are the challenges of producing ‘serious’ UFO content in a world where ufotainment is significantly more popular, the ‘UFO bubble’ that sometimes envelops researchers, and how consumers are as much, if not more, to blame for the state of what passes for UFO ‘news’ nowadays.

We also cover some of the miscreants and ne’er-do-wells of ufology, including the latest scandals revolving around MUFON, a paranormal podcaster who ‘desperately’ needs your money, and all the twist and turns surrounding the infamous Stan Romanek, who is due to go on trial in just a few short days.

Additionally, we cover government efforts to ‘weaponize’ the UFO mythos by way of misinformation and disinformation, Jack’s reflections on the Roswell festival and his visit to the mecca of UFOs earlier this month, Bob Bigelow’s quest for UFO answers, and, of course, tons and tons more.

The longest episode of Season X so far, we largely leave no stone unturned when it comes to looking at the overwrought, but still fairly fascinating, topic of the ‘state of ufology’ with Jack Brewer, a keen observer who brings a sobering and detached eye to the subject.
